Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

These guys are so legit. They didn’t have my air filter in stock, so Karl went to the store to grab one for me to get it replaced. Not sure if that’s standard care here or not but it was really thoughtful of him, especially since I showed up less than 30 minutes before closing. Jonathan did the service and was great, as well. Can’t recommend this place enough. Efficient, courteous and kind!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Strickland Brothers on W. New Haven today for an oil change on my Mazda CX-5, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Joseph Forti, along with the rest of the team and trainees, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everyone took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service was quick, efficient, and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely seems to care about customer service and doing the job right. A few recommendations that I think would make an already great business even better: 1. Your website appears to be down. Having a functioning website is important for customers looking up services, pricing, and hours. 2. Consider offering tire rotations. This is a service many quick-lube competitors such as Valvoline provide, and it’s a convenient maintenance item customers often want completed during an oil change visit. 3. Encourage your staff to remind satisfied customers to leave reviews and mention their names. Joseph and the team provided excellent service, and businesses like this d

Excellent Service, super nice. They tell you the cost of everything as the check out the car. Show your filters and oil levels, check the tire pressure, head light and tail light functionality, even gave me an ice cold water. Perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I AM PISSED!!! I’ve been to them several times before and I’ve had a fantastic experience each time with the gentlemen who serviced my vehicles. However, today (Sun. 1/12) I pulled up and there were two young girls working there but I have not seen and who have never worked on previous vehicles that I’ve brought in. I went for an oil change. This is a new car and I’ve never brought this particular vehicle to them however they were able to tell me when my last oil change claiming to use Carfax. OK, fine that wasn’t the problem. They said my oil looked fine even though I was 2000 miles over what my sticker said- one of the girls claimed that I was not due for an oil change and said I had a “good engine” and I appreciated her supposed honesty. The girl said she was going to “top me off“ even though my oil was fine and I threw her a decent tip not thinking twice, like what do I know. It was getting dark, as I was driving, all I could smell was a strong odor of oil within my vehicle. I got to my destination to find out there’s oil splatter and drippings ALL OVER the front right side of my vehicle and on my windshield! I figured she might have spilled it because she did trip right i
